Teaching Practice Week-7

The Final Week of Teaching Practice

This week marked the end of an incredible journey as we concluded the second phase of our teaching practice. It was a week filled with mixed emotions—joy, nostalgia, and a sense of accomplishment.

The week began with routine activities such as discipline duty and serving in the midday meal program. I also conducted diagnostic and achievement tests for both my physics and chemistry classes in 8E and 8B. It was heartwarming to see how much progress the students had made, and I was proud of their active participation and engagement throughout.

On the final day, no formal lesson plans were taken as it was time to wind down and reflect on the experience. The trainees took group photos as a memory of this wonderful journey together. Afternoon duties included serving in the midday meal program and getting our teaching records signed by the respective teachers.

As I bid farewell to my students, I distributed sweets to express my gratitude and received heartfelt thanks and warm smiles in return. Their love and compliments as a teacher were truly the highlight of the week, leaving me motivated and inspired for the future.

This teaching practice has been a transformative experience, allowing me to grow not just as a teacher but as a person. The bonds formed with my students and the lessons learned will always hold a special place in my heart.

As I step into the next phase of my career, I carry with me the memories of these weeks and the belief that education is a powerful tool to create change and inspire minds. Thank you, HSS Chettikulangara, for being an integral part of this journey!
